The McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center features state-of-the-art interactive exhibits and innovative programs focusing on aviation, astronomy, and Earth and space sciences. When all expansion phases are completed, the Discovery Center will be New England's preeminent science learning center devoted to experiential learning. A primary goal is to promote educational opportunities that inspire young people to explore the fields of science, technology, engineering, and math.
